Here at Namely, our Executive Leadership Team partners closely with our Employee Resource Groups to help determine actions the company takes to support important diversity and inclusion in the workplace. If your company does something similar, or is interested in launching Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), our Custom Teams feature can help track membership. 

This feature can display a company's ERGs and track members of ERGs within the company or can be used to assign task forces to a project or event. Employees can be assigned to any ERG without impacting your Org Chart, since job titles in HRIS will not interfere with the job titles assigned in the custom teams.
