Salary Form Redesign Released 5/6/2021

We've released a more intuitive salary form on the employee profile. Payroll clients will also now see an employee's overtime rate update based on the regular rate entered on the HCM profile.

We've made the Salary form on an employee's Namely profile more intuitive, rearranging the field order and updating language with helper text to make adding or editing a salary record straightforward and easy.



Among the changes we've made, you can now enter a salary as the rate per pay period or as the total annual amount, saving you the hassle of calculating a per pay period rate from an employee's total salary.
