Org Unit and Class Updates

We've released an update that allows you to deactivate org units and classes that aren't being used.

We've released a number of updates for clients using org units in Namely.

Org Unit Updates

First, we've given the Org Units page in Company > Settings a makeover.

  • You can now filter your org units by their status (Active, Inactive, or All).

  • You can now Deactivate org units that don't have any employees assigned to them.

  • You can now easily see how many employees are associated with an org unit in the Employees column.

Class Updates

We've also added the ability to deactivate classes, and a column showing the number of employees assigned to a class, on the Classes page in Company > Settings.
