Org Unit Allocation Audit Report

We've release a new audit report that displays changes made to allocation percentages in employee's org unit assignments.

If your organization is using org units and percent allocations in Namely, you can now track any changes made to those percent allocations. You can also see when those changes were made, and who made them.

Note: Changes to org unit allocations are only tracked from December 5, 2019, onward.

Columns in the Org Unit Allocation audit report track the following data:

  • Time Updated (UTC): The time the change was made

  • Employee: The employee whose allocations changed

  • Org Type: The name of the org type of the org unit that was updated

  • Action Taken: The change that was made, either Created, Renamed, Deleted, or Updated

  • Field Changed: The field that was changed

  • Previous: The previous value—this will be blank for created org units

  • New: The new value—this will be blank for deleted org units

  • Changed By: The email address of who made the change

  • Changed while 'Viewing As': If the user was viewing as another employee when they made the change, who they were viewing as 

You can filter the audit report by:

  • Changed By

  • Changed while 'Viewing As'

  • Org Type

  • Time Updated (UTC)—the default filter is is in the past 6 months
