Is there a report that shows employees' current job titles and departments?

Yes, the Job Title report has this data:

1. Click Reporting from your homepage.

2. Click Create New Report.

3. Select Job Title and click Create Report.

4. Add Departments to the report from the Edit Columns dropdown.
