Adding an Employee in HRIS

This article will explain the steps in creating an HRIS profile for a new employee, without going through a full onboarding process.

If you would like to create an HRIS profile for a new employee without having them go through the full onboarding process (e.g., for contractors or third parties needing access to your site), follow these steps:

  1. Click the People tab.

  2. Click Add New Person.

  3. Complete the following fields (*required to save the profile):

    • First name*

    • Last name*

    • Start date

    • Email

    • Company email*

    • Date of birth

    • SSN

    • Gender

    • Marital status

    • Home address

  1. Click Save.
