Will I be required to make manual elections during Open Enrollment, while my feeds are being updated?
Possibly. Your EDI Team at Namely will work with your Carrier to determine the exact timing of sending new enrollment data once your elections are confirmed. Namely will make every effort for the feed to continue seamlessly without requiring manual intervention.
However, because timing depends heavily on items out of Namely’s control, including your Carrier’s timeframes and the state of your data, manual enrollments may be necessary. If your EDI Team deems manual enrollments necessary, they will contact you, unless Namely is your Broker of Record, in which case your EDI Team will contact our enrollments team to notify them of the required manual contributions.
