Why does the Enrollment Wizard seem to reflect an incorrect salary for my employee?
Namely Payroll- and, subsequently the Enrollment Wizard- calculates an employee's wage based on a standard 80 hour pay period for full-time employees. In the event that you have a full-time employee who does not work a full 40 hour week, you may see their salary showing slightly higher than expected in Namely Payroll.
This discrepancy can affect how plans based on salary are calculated when an employee uses the Enrollment Wizard. If this is the case for your employee, please submit a case in the Help Community for additional assistance.
