Why does Namely need three weeks to complete a renewal build?

The renewal build takes approximately 3 weeks to complete since each Open Enrollment project consists of the following phases:

• Namely confirms the requirements

• Namely configures and tests the build

• The build is turned over to you for user acceptance testing and validation

• A walkthrough of the build will be provided

• Namely completes any updates to the build based on your review and testing

• Sign off to confirm the build is complete
