Why are employee demographics important for ACA reporting?

Employee demographics are used to determine which employees generate and receive 1095 forms. If an employee is not correctly classified, they may be submitted in error, or missed in your submission to the IRS. If this occurs, forms will need to be corrected manually and mailed to the IRS by you.

TIP:
