Why am I receiving a "Voided Record (Dependent Enrollment)" error message in my ACA reporting?

The Voided Record warning will be prompted in the ACA Wizard for an employee or dependent (listed in parentheses) who has a voided medical enrollment during the filing year.

  • Example: If the enrollment has a start date of 1/1/2021 and an end date of 12/31/2020, it will populate a Voided Record warning.

The voided record does not indicate that the employee’s 1095 form is voided, but that the employee has a voided medical election in Namely Payroll for the employee, dependents, or both.

If the 1095 codes are correct, you can ignore the warning and move forward in the ACA Wizard to submit.

Note: We advise you to confirm if the employee and/or dependent(s) have the correct current medical election in Namely Payroll.
