Who should I reach out to for updates on my carrier feeds for Open Enrollment?

During Open Enrollment, please reach out to your assigned EDI Engineer for updates. Your EDI Engineer will follow up once the Open Enrollment EDI Project Manager has processed the information you had submitted from the Open Enrollment Assessment.

If an EDI Engineer has not yet reached out to you regarding your Carrier Feeds, please submit a case in the Help Community.
