Who is responsible for requesting a feed for a new carrier?
If you have an existing EDI feed with Namely and a new plan is created or plan changes occur, Namely will require you to complete and return a Carrier Feed Request Form and Signature Form. Complete and submit this request through theProject Services Portal in the Help Community.
If you are going through Open Enrollment, be sure to update the Carrier Feed Request Form tab within your Benefits Activation Sheet to reflect all new and continuing Carrier Feeds.
