Where can I view my enrollment information?

To view your current enrollment information:

  1. Go to Benefits > View Benefits View Current Benefits.

  2. Click View Current Benefits or Plans Enrolled In: Active or All

    • Select Active to view a list of current benefits you’re actively enrolled in

    • Select All to view all current benefits you’ve ever been enrolled in

    • Select View Current Benefits for a PDF file containing your current benefits elections, dependents, and rate information

To view benefits you are eligible to enroll in:

  1. Go to Benefits > View Benefits View Possible Benefits.

  2. Click Eligible Benefits: Current or Open Enrollment

    • Select Current to view all current benefits available

    • Select Open Enrollment to view benefits available during Open Enrollment

​​​​​To view a history of each time you’ve enrolled in benefits: Go to Benefits > View Benefits Enrollment Log.

  • The Enrollment Log is only visible after navigating to the navigating to the employee landing page/dashboard from the View Current Benefits or View Possible Benefit links on the View Benefits page.
