What is the difference between an Open Enrollment Project and Consulting?

Not sure if you should submit an Open Enrollment Project or an Open Enrollment Consulting service? Refer to the below for a comparison breakdown of these two offerings available in the Project Services Catalog

Open Enrollment Project Description

An Open Enrollment Notice will be sent out to you via email. A BA Sheet is exported with your current benefit set up and is uploaded to the HRIS Support Flies. Review and update the BA sheet accordingly for your Open Enrollment renewal. Submit this project through the Project Services Catalog so the Open Enrollment team can review the project and provide the associated fee. Once the ASA is signed, you will be assigned to a Benefit Administration Consultant (BAC) which will own your OE Project as a whole for a total of three weeks until your Open Enrollment closes.

Open Enrollment Consulting Description

If you decide to self configure your open enrollment site, Namely will assign a Benefit Administration Consultant (BAC) to your Consulting project submitted through the Project Services Catalog. Once a BAC is assigned to you, they will provide guidance (up to two hours of assistance) along with best practices in completing your open enrollment configuration. The two hours of assistance includes an introduction call as well as any walkthrough and/or communication via email or conference meetings.
