What do I do if my employee's updated address is not syncing from HRIS to Namely Payroll?

In this situation, the most common explanation is that another piece of information is missing from the employee's HRIS General tab, preventing the sync.  Check to see if the following information is present on the General tab:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Company email

  • DOB

  • SSN

  • Gender

  • Marital status

  • Home address

  • Pay group

  • Active wage

  • Pay group

  • Banking information 

Once all these fields are completed, the employee will sync over to Namely Payroll.  Please submit a case in the Help Community with any questions.
