What circumstances require a carrier feed to be updated?

If you already have EDI feeds built from Namely to your benefit vendors, they may need to be updated for your renewal. A simple rate update to a plan without making any other changes to that plan usually does not require an adjustment to the existing feed, but it can happen. Ultimately your carrier or administrator is the one to confirm if a feed needs updating. Be sure to inform your Namely Client Success team member of any carrier or plan changes, and they will be able to help you determine if any carrier feeds need to be updated or cancelled due to a change in insurance carrier.
