Understanding the Open Enrollment Consulting project
This article briefly explains what an Open Enrollment Consulting project is, what the client can expect, and instructions on how to become part of the BETA project.
OPEN ENROLLMENT CONSULTING
Open Enrollment consulting is a great option for you if you feel comfortable building and editing plans within Namely, but would prefer to have the guidance of a subject matter expert.
When participating in an OE Consulting project, you can expect to receive up to 2 hours of guidance with a Benefit Administration Consultant (BAC) which includes an introduction call, benefit demo, dedicated time via conference call for questions, and a Guide to Self Configuration. This consulting experience is designed to suit your company's individual needs.
Refer to the below outline to see what is included in an OE Consulting project. If you are looking for Namely to complete the configuration, with minimal involvement from you, please continue to use the standard Open Enrollment project in the Project Services Portal.
