The New Benefits Tab on Employee Profiles

We’re making it easier for employees to access their benefits information all in one place.

OVERVIEW

We’re continuing to improve Namely’s employee profile to help your employees access their information quickly and effectively. With the new Benefits tab, employee benefits information will be consolidated all in one place!

HOW IT WORKS

With Namely’s new Benefits tab, employees will soon be able to view all of their benefits information directly from their employee profile—without having to navigate to Namely Payroll.

Easy-to-Access Information 

• Employees can clearly view benefits they’ve elected—as well as those they’ve waived—along with the cost of each elected benefit directly within the Benefits tab.

• The total cost per pay period of all their elected benefits is now also displayed right at the top of the page.

Expanded Details 

• Elected benefits can also now be expanded to display additional details, including plan and policy specifics and covered dependents.

Streamlined Subtabs

• The new Benefits tab also contains Enrollment Log and Documents subtabs that currently link to additional information in Namely Payroll. With forthcoming releases, these subtabs will house relevant information directly in the employee profile.

Accessing the Benefits tab is easy—employees can find it at the top of their personal profile in Namely or by clicking the View Benefits link on the HCM homepage, which will now direct them to the new Benefits tab instead of Payroll.
