If we need to hold our open enrollment outside of the Namely due to delays from our carriers, how do we get our employee enrollments into Namely?

Our Professional Services team can import benefits data on your behalf. There are tabs on the Benefits Activation sheet called EE-Specific Benefits-Input, EE Dependents-Input, and EE Beneficiaries-Input that capture enrollment data that can be imported.

Note:

Renewal benefit plans must be built first before elections can be imported into them.
