The assigned Benefits Consultant will review the complexity of your Open Enrollment Project request and contact you with project details. If you are only changing rates, reach out to the Consultant and they will confirm whether or not your project will result in a shorter timeline.

Always submit your Open Enrollment request at least 3 weeks before your Open Enrollment start date. Projects submitted fewer than three weeks will be subject to additional fees.
