If an employee updates their address, will their benefits automatically update?

Yes. Once the employee changes their address in their profile it will auto-sync to Namely Payroll. 

Clients With Active Carrier Feeds

Recent changes to an employee's enrollment will typically be sent to the carrier on the next file transmission. 

Note: Depending on the date of last modification, enrollment data can take up to 14 business days to be processed.

Clients Without Active Carrier Feeds

Non-brokerage

  • If you do not have an active carrier feed, you will need to manage all data changes and updates directly with the carrier

Brokerage clients

  • Enrollment updates are managed, processed and delivered to the carrier by an assigned benefits enrollment specialist.
