If an employee updates their address, will their benefits automatically update?
Yes. Once the employee changes their address in their profile it will auto-sync to Namely Payroll.
Clients With Active Carrier Feeds
Recent changes to an employee's enrollment will typically be sent to the carrier on the next file transmission.
Note: Depending on the date of last modification, enrollment data can take up to 14 business days to be processed.
Clients Without Active Carrier Feeds

If you do not have an active carrier feed, you will need to manage all data changes and updates directly with the carrier
Brokerage clients

Enrollment updates are managed, processed and delivered to the carrier by an assigned benefits enrollment specialist.
