How soon after an employee's hire date can they enroll in benefits?
An employee can enroll in benefits as early as you would like them to (i.e., as early as their hire date), depending on how you have set up their enrollment window in the Namely system. If they are in their enrollment window, they will be able to enter the Enrollment Wizard and immediately make their New Hire elections.

unlike other Qualifying Life Events where you create a window that allows for enrollments/changes for a period of time around an event date, the New Hire event window functions around the benefits effective date.
