Who is BenefitMall?
BenefitMall is the largest General Agency in the nation with 21 offices across the country. All of BenefitMall’s investment in people, tools, and resources are specifically targeted to small groups in the market. Employers and employees of this subset of clients will have a dedicated contact with experienced and local team members.
Overview of Partnership
Namely and BenefitMall have entered into a co-broker partnership on a subset of Namely’s Brokerage clients to offer our smaller clients the best possible service from both the Namely and BenefitMall teams! The two teams will be available to help you navigate all of your brokerage needs.

As part of your service from BenefitMall, you receive access to a dedicated benefits call center for all of your employees. This call center will help answer any insurance-related questions.

You will also have access to a host of compliance tools, such as an educational ACA tool. You will also have access to Employment Law and ERISA attorneys through BenefitMall’s partnership with law firm FordHarrison.

BenefitMall will also send carrier and state-specific alerts and announcements to you be aware, compliant, and “in the know.” You will receive information on new products, compliance updates, premium holidays, as well as other client-specific information.
