To change your benefits, click Enroll in Benefits on the Namely homepage.

Note: Namely will pre-build the most common life events for you when you come onboard. Please see What life events come pre-built in my Namely site? for more information.

ENROLLING OR CHANGING YOUR BENEFITS

Depending on whether you're enrolling in benefits as a new hire, undergoing open enrollments, experiencing a life event, or updating coverage not tied to a life event, you’ll be given different coverage options to complete.

You must complete all required fields to submit your benefits.

To waive coverage for a benefit, select the Waive checkbox.

Some coverage options, like commuter benefits or FSA, allow to contribute a specific dollar amount. Enter an amount and select a frequency to see a breakdown of your contribution per paycheck, per month, or through the end of the plan year.

If you are changing your coverage after a life event and have already been contributing to FSA benefits, select Keep my contributions the same to make sure it is not altered for your remaining pay periods.

To select a voluntary amount, select the coverage from the drop down and add primary or secondary beneficiaries.

The graphic below displays your selection out of the maximum coverage allowed.

  • Note: Depending on your coverage level and the plan, you may need to complete an EOI to receive your full requested coverage.
