Cancel Benefits Renewal - Released 11/5/2020
Benefit admins now have the ability to cancel a plan renewal until the renewal start date.
If a benefits admin needs to make changes to a plan they have already renewed, they now have the option to cancel that renewal until the renewal start date.
Benefit administrators will be able to see which plans have been renewed thanks to the new Renewed status, which will display once a renewal has been completed until the plan becomes active again.
Administrators can cancel the renewal by selecting Cancel Renewal andconfirming they understand renewal rates and plan information will be erased by clicking Cancel Renewal in the popup modal.
Once you confirm, the plan will return to Active status. Renewal rates in Payroll will be deleted and the end dates on the previous set of rates will be removed.
Renewal Draft Status
Additionally, we've changed the name of the status Renewal to Renewal Draft. This status will display when a plan renewal has begun but not yet been completed. Once it is completed, the status will change to Renewed
