Are plans automatically terminated for employees when they terminate?

Yes. Benefits enrollments are automatically terminated when an employee is terminated in Namely, provided the Terminate Benefits checkbox is selected (it is by default) in the termination workflow.  

Namely terminates employee enrollments based on the plan termination rules configured in your benefits setup. If the Employee Termination Date entered in step 2 of the termination form is correct, benefits will be terminated accordingly.
