ACA Announcement: 1095-C Forms

Dear Client,

We are reaching out to notify you that at this point all ACA forms have been printed and shipped. The 1095-C forms are to be distributed amongst employees before 3/2 to be within compliance with this IRS regulations. The 1094-C provided is a copy for record keeping purpose only. If you have not received the 1094-C and 1095-C forms by now, please contact your designated service department.

Please note that CertiPay will file the forms electronically on your behalf by the deadline of 3/31. Please do not forward these forms to the IRS, as you could potentially receive a penalty for double filing.
