401K Summary Report

This report provides both employee profile and payroll information on employees who have contributed to the 401k plan in the specified date range. 

This report is sorted ascending by check date, then alphabetically by employee and contains the following fields:

Employee Name

 

First Participation

Employee’s first date of participation in the 401k plan; this is indicated on the Retirement tab in the Payroll Profile under the Payroll list

First Eligible

Date employee was eligible to participate it the 401k plan; this is indicated on the Retirement tab in the Payroll Profile under the Payroll list

Officer

If checked, the specified employee is an officer of the company; this is indicated on the Retirement tab in the Payroll Profile under the Payroll list

Owner

If checked, the specified employee is an owner of the company; this is indicated on the Retirement tab in the Payroll Profile under the Payroll list

Percentage

Percentage of company ownership; this is indicated on the Retirement tab in the Payroll Profile under the Payroll list

Highly Comp

If checked, the specified employee is a highly compensated employee; this is indicated on the Retirement tab in the Payroll Profile under the Payroll list

Key Emp.

If checked, the specified employee is a key employee; this is indicated on the Retirement tab in the Payroll Profile under the Payroll list

Contribution

Total amount contributed by the employee for the listed check date

Match

Total Employer Match amount for the listed check date

Loan

Total 401k Loan payment amount deducted from the employee for the listed check date

Total

Total of Contribution, Match and Loan amounts for the listed check date

Summary

Check box to hide individual employee information and only show company totals
