401K Employee Summary
This report, located under the Reporting tab, provides payroll data totals for employees who have contributed to the 401k plan in the specified date range.
It is the only one of the 401k reports that can be included in Batch processing.
This report is sorted alphabetically by employee and contains the following fields:

Gross Pay |
Total Gross Pay amount for the specified date range |
Basic Pay |
Total Basic Pay amount for the specified date range; this amount is the total Salary and Regular pay, with any Overtime and PTO amounts (Vacation, Holiday, etc.) excluded |
First Participation |
Employee’s first date of participation in the 401k plan; this is indicated on the Retirement tab in the Payroll Profile under the Payroll list |
First Eligible |
Date employee was eligible to participate it the 401k plan; this is indicated on the Retirement tab in the Payroll Profile under the Payroll list |
Contribution |
Total amount contributed by the employee for the specified date range |
Match |
Total Employer Match amount for the specified date range |
Loan |
Total 401k Loan payment amount deducted from the employee for the specified date range |
Total |
Total of Contribution, Match and Loan amounts for the specified date range |
This report has the following options on the main report screen:
