My.CertiPay App

Access your paycheck from anywhere on both IOS and Android devices. 

Note: Registration for an account with Employee Self Service needs to be done on a desktop computer.  

Go to the App Store on your device and type “My CertiPay” in the search bar. Click on either Get or Install to download the My CertiPay app.

Login to your Employee Self Service account using your Company Code, User Name, and Password.

 

Click the Announcements link to view all pictures or information that the employer has placed on the ESS application for employee reference.

Click the Check History link to view and print pay information for all check dates processed in CertiPay.

Click the Tax Documents link to print or save copies of all W-2s processed by CertiPay.

Click the Company Documents link to view or download the company documents that the employer has placed on Employee Self Service application.

Click the Company Links link to view all Internet links that the employer has placed on the ESS application for easy employee access.

Click the Profile link to specify whether you want electronic or paper delivery of the W2 form. If you are currently receiving the physical version of your W2 forms, the following will be displayed.
