Service Outage - Important Update

We sincerely appreciate your patience as we work through this situation.
As you know we have a network shutdown in order to address and resolve this issue effectively.
Our teams are diligently working around the clock to restore services to their full functionality. However, please be advised that due to the situation's complexity, the restoration process may take another 24 hours (from the sending of this email) to mitigate the identified risk completely.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are sparing no effort to minimize the impact on your operations.
If data is needed immediately for payroll and you cannot wait for the restore to be successful, please submit a ticket to support@timeco.com. In this email please include your company name and date range needed and our team can run a report containing this data, however, please be aware that this data (at this time) will not include hours from Friday 7/21, and onward. In this report, please review it carefully, as employees may have punch edits that are needed. We recommend working with your employees to obtain these time records currently and this form may help with this effort.
Once the systems are up and running, we plan to pull this data from the new model (touch screen) clocks from 7/21 onward, but for clients who do not have newer model (touch screen) clocks, those punches will need to be re-entered manually.
As well, if you have the newer model (touch screen) clock, the punches can be reviewed from the top left menu icon - Punches.
CertiPay has recommendation that if payroll must be run immediately CertiPay clients have the following recommendations to assist you with processing payroll. CertiPay clients can process the prior payroll, and then on the payroll to follow, adjustments could be made. Additionally, clients can enter manually for their employees, if a guestimate payroll is completed. Adjustments can be made on a future payroll. Last option clients can notify clientservices@certipay.com for assistance with importing the file clients have requested from Timeco with the current work hours.
