Pennsylvania Local Setup

Pennsylvania locals can be very difficult. Here is a guide that can help assist with setting them up within CertiPay Online: 

Municipal Statistics Lookup Site: https://munstats.pa.gov/Public/FindLocalTax.aspx 

Enter the home and work address in the below boxes.

The below will populate once the addresses are entered and click the View information button. 

Once you have the information above, you will need to go to the employee's state tax profile through the People tab in the left navigation bar. Then select the employees that you elect to update.

Numbers 1-3 on the above screenshot of the state website will align to the below numbers in the application. 

Once all of the locals are added to the employee profile, the client will be able to process!

Please note, if you receive the below error at the time of processing, you will need to reach out to the Tax Liaison for assistance on mapping the new locals added into the Portal.
