Sending Encrypted Emails
There are times when documents should not be sent through Zendesk and through a secured email.
Documents that have sensitive information like W2's and Tax Packages will need to be sent via encrypted email.
Here are the steps:

Click "New Email" at the top left of your screen in Outlook.

The new email window will appear. The email will need to be completed prior to moving to the next step.

Once the email is ready to send, the secure email section will need to be selected. You will see the email trying to load the information and then it will send automatically.
Note, you will not need to click the send button.
